Vegetation: The vegetation series. is derived from various landscapes, ranging form the desert southwest in the US to Asia and Europe. In each of these drawings the color, texture and structure are expressed in conjunction with light, shade and shadow. These drawings seek to depict unique conditions of each plant through a focused view, Each drawing is developed through an understanding that the plant does not exist in isolation but is a convergence of sun, rain earth, and nutrients which unite to allow the plant to emerge.

Myths: Our human stories provide metaphors and insights for what we value and for all that is possible. They provide a framework for culture, while also allowing for individual interpretation. These drawings illustrate the potential to build upon ideas of transformation, storytelling and mystery through linkages between humans, environment and phenomena.

Places: The places series are derived from travels where architecture and context merge to provide experiences that evoke sensations of joy, wonder and mystery. Whether situated on the land, embedded in the earth or elevated above, places that inspire us will always have a unique relationship with the earth, the sky and vegetation. These relationships always expresses values about the built environment and landscape.
